Halloween Costume Hideout offers all of our customers a 110% Low Price Guarantee. If you find an item on our site at a cheaper price on anothe site, let us know and we will make up the difference up to 110% (This does not apply to Amazon or Ebay.)

Here's How You Do It...

There is no catch at all! Once your order is placed at Halloween Costume Hideout, getting your 110% rebate is as simple as A-B-C:

1. If you find something that is cheaper on another website all you need to do is contact us within 15 days from the purchase date. Send us an email to lowprice@halloweencostumehideout.com or give us a call at (866) 347.4493
2. Once your information is received (typically within 3 business days of submission), you will receive an email from us letting you know we received the claim. (If we need additional information from you, we may ask you to resubmit your claim should the information be incomplete.)
3. After the review process is over (typically within 2 weeks), you will be sent an email with the decision of the claim, and the total amount due back to you in the form of a check. (See "When/How Will I Be Paid" for more information.)

Here's What We Need To Know...

• Your Halloween Costume Hideout Order # and the Item #(s) that you have a price comparison.
• The link to the product on the other online store.
• The Online Store's URL. For example: http://www.somestore.com/link-to-product/
• The total price of the item(s) (this needs to include shipping, tax, if eligible, and any other applicable fees) (Please Note: The shipping method needs to be comparable to the one you have selected for your order at Halloween Costume Hideout and excludes in-store pick-ups).

How Will Halloween Costume Hideout Determine If I Am Eligible?

A staff member of Halloween Costume Hideout will be checking for the following:

• All information is complete and accurate
• The item(s) found at a lower price on the other website must be identical to the item(s) purchased at Halloween Costume Hideout
• The item(s) found at a lower price on the other website must come from a legitimate online store (this exclude any auction, consignment, liquidation/overstock/closeout stores, etc.) and must be in stock and shippable to your location
• The item(s) found at a lower price on the other website must not be a closeout or clearance item, and must not be used, refurbished, or otherwise materially different from Halloween Costume Hideout's new (in original packaging) item(s)
• Coupon codes or any other form of discounts (public or private) are ineligible in determining the price difference

When and How Will I Be Reimbursed?

1. Once Halloween Costume Hideout receives your claim and we have had time to review it thoroughly (could take up to 2 weeks), you will be credited the entire amount due. Halloween Costume HIdeout reserves the right to refuse a refund at our sole discretion.

*Note: Only orders that are shipped are eligible. If an order is split (that is, only a portion of an order is shipped), or if the order is otherwise modified after the order it is placed, only the items that were shipped are eligible for a low price guarantee consideration. In every single case, any and all returned merchandise is ineligible. (If a claim is granted prior to the return, the credit will be forfeited/deducted from the amount due from the return.)
