Free Exchanges

HalloweenCostumeHideout.com Offers Free Exchanges On All Costumes! 

HalloweenCostumeHideout.com wants to ensure that your costumes and accessories fit perfectly. Our sizing charts are designed to ensure that you get the exact fit for the product that you are looking purchasing.  But if for some reason, if the size isn't right, HalloweenCostumeHideout.com is offering our free exchange program to make ensure your costume is the perfect fit from top to bottom. 

Once you have received your order and you realize you need a different size, we want to make sure that process is as fast and easy as possible with no additional shipping charges. Within 14 days of your delievery, simply contact us via phone or email and we can get you set up to exchange your costume for a different size. Please see our return policy for any exclusions and more information about our returns and exchanges. This program is only available for the EXACT costume that you ordered. We cannot exchange for other costumes, just costume sizes. 

Please Note: Our Costume Exchange program is only applicable to orders shipped within the Continental United States.

To take advantage of our Costume Exchanges, please follow these steps:

  1. You will need to locate the product id and/or sku number of the different size of the product that you would like to exchange. This will be listed on your order confirmation, or on your receipt. Please make sure it is in-stock or on pre-sell and is available to purchase on our website HalloweenCostumeHideout.com. 
  2. Then please call Customer Service at (866) 347.4493. They will be able to walk you through the exchange process.
  3. Customer Service will place the order for the new size of the item you would like to purchase, at which point you will be charged for the new item. A discount of $3.99 will be added to this order to cover the cost of Economy Shipping (only for the lower 48 states). If you would like to receive your product faster, you will need to pay the difference for expedited shipping.
  4. Customer Service will initiate the return for the item you no longer want. When returning this item, you will not be charged the return shipping fee.
  5. When we receive your return and it has been processed, a credit will be issued for the returned product. 

Exchanges on Damaged Items

For all damaged items: we would like to fix that problem for you fast and at no additional cost to you. We will honor our exchange program on damaged items as well and replace the damaged item for an identical replacement item at no additional cost to you. Please follow the steps above to exchange the damaged item.
