Our first clue involves a thief to some, but a hero to many.  He lived during the time of King Richard the Lionhart and was cast as an outlaw, by the King’s brother, Little John, when he refused to pay the high taxes imposed while the King was away.  He, and his band of merry men were hunted by the Sheriff of Knottingham, because their motto was to “steal from the rich, to pay the poor”. Many believe him to be a fictional character based on one or more real people.

Our noble hero protected the Sherwood Forest and loved the heiress of Norman, named Maid Marian.

Easter CostumesSo here it is January and already the time is flying by, before you know it spring will be here and we will be enjoying all the wonderful things that go along with the seasons again. Halloween is a ways away, and I don’t want to freak anyone out by trying to make time fly faster than it already is, but have you thought about the many times in between that costumes are useful and fun? Go ahead think for a minute I have time…..

Well good thing I am here to help you. There are many great times we can dress-up our kids just for fun, or even ourselves to make the holiday or event that much better.  Let’s see if you can guess what lovable, floppy, children’s icon we have for toddler costumes, as well as Easter costumes for adults. cheap halloween costume ideasHi there, it’s me. I am a mascot for blanket-blank industry player number blankety-blank, and kids love me. You probably grew up listening to my commercials, actually. Unlike some mascots, I actually have a voice; I’m a cartoon character. My costume and many other celebrity costumes for Halloween are waiting for you online at Halloween Costume Hideout.

I’m most famous for my beak. Hey, use what ya got, ya know? Some creatures, ahem, caricatures, ahem, cartoons were just made with large noses and we’ve gotta deal with it. It sells lots and lots of cereal, though. Trust me, I know. Plus it’s distinctive. Not every mascot has a striped nose. And not every mascot gets to live in the tropics, either. That’s nice. I enjoy being able to fly through the jungle whenever I want. I’m probably the only one there named Sam, though, and I’ve gotta admit: it’s a little awkward. Yknow, culturally. Because literally all my friends have Polynesian names, but I’m called SAM. I’m over it though. No really.
